[Sdruby] Announcing Integral Mailer

We recently developed a very lightweight Ruby MTA. Outlandish was  
using an external mail server to send all its emails in the past, and  
as usage increased, this began to cause all kinds of problems.  
Outlandish is up to the point that its sending more than 10,000  
emails a month, and can now do so w/o missing a beat.

Again, the functionality of this mailer is very basic right now, but  
works for our current needs. This plugin will most likely be actively  
developed in the future as we're looking to incorporate it into a few  
other large projects we have in the works.
